Exchanges and visits


1.From October 19 to 20, 2019, Zhou attended the 15th China Academic Annual Conference on S&T Policy and Management as well as Council Meeting of China Society for S&T Policy Research under the theme of “S&T Revolution and Digital Transformation: Opportunities and Challenges”, and delivered a report titled “On the Contractual Nature of Investments in S&T Infrastructure from the Perspective of Contract Structure.”
2.From September 7 to 8, 2019, Zhou attended the 2019 Annual Academic Exchange of S&T Infrastructure Professional Committee of Chinese Association of Science of Science and S&T Policy Research, and gave a report on “Basic Research in Universities from the Perspective of Commercial Value”.
3.From November 25 to 26, 2017, at the invitation of Ronald Coase Centre for Property Rights Research of the University of Hong Kong, Zhou attended the seminar “Theory of Share Tenancy after 50 years” and made a keynote speech titled “Sharing Contract and China's Inter-county Competition System”.
4.In July and August 2015, at the invitation of University of Salento, Zhou conducted a collaborative research (EU FP7-PEOPLE-2013-IRSES) on “Explaining the Nature of Technological Innovation in Chinese Enterprises” at the university’s Department of Engineering for Innovation.
5.From November 16 to 18, 2014, she took part in an international conference themed “Next Steps for Public Administration in Theory and Practice: Looking Backward and Moving Forward” co-organized by Sun Yat-sen University and Public Administration Review, and gave a speech in English.
6.On October 19, 2013, she took part in The Memorials of Ronald Harry Coase organized by School of Economics and Finance, The University of Hong Kong and delivered a speech in English.
7.From October 2010 to September 2011, Zhou studied at Department of International Development, University of Oxford as a visiting scholar.
8.From July 14 to 21, 2008, at the invitation of Marjorie E. Holme at University of Chicago Law School, Zhou attended Conference on China’s Economic Transformation led by Nobel Prize winner Ronald H. Coase and organized by University of Chicago, and gave a speech titled “Contractual Protection of Intellectual Property Rights”.
9.From June 21 to 23, 2007, she attended the 11th Annual Conference of International Society for New Institutional Economics (ISNIE) held in Iceland.
10.From June 15 to 21, 2007, Zhou took part in Workshop on Institutional Analysis organized by Ronald Coase Institute in Iceland.
