Administrative Management (Sixth Version) to Win the First Prize of National Excellent Textbook (Higher Education)

According to the “Announcement on the Proposed Award List of the First National Textbook Compilation Award” issued by the Ministry of Education in July 2021, the Administrative Management (Sixth Version) edited by Professor Xia Shuzhang of our school is expected to win the first prize of the National Excellent Textbook (Higher Education). The selection of the first National Textbook Compilation Award was established in 2020 and was sponsored by the National Textbook Committee and undertaken by the Ministry of Education. This is the first special award project covering all the fields of textbook compilation set up since the founding of the People’s Republic of China, and it represents the highest award of textbook compilation in the country.

The School to Gain Project Approval of the first New Liberal Arts Research and Reform Practice Projects by the Ministry of Education

         In line with the “Announcement on the List of the First New Liberal Arts Research and Reform Practice Projects to Be Approved” issued by the Department of Higher Education of the Ministry of Education in July of 2021, the Research on the Mode of Government, Industry, University and Research Collaboration in the Cultivation of State Governance Talents in the New Era led by Dean Tan Ankui is anticipated to be approved for the “Innovation and Practice of the Collaborative Education Mechanism of Government, Industry, University and Research” project. The project was designed and declared by faculty teams from the subjects of Politics and Public Administration and organized by the school. The actions are to be progressively implemented through the “Chinese Governance: Narration-Dialogue” platform.

The School Won the Second Prize of the 2021 Guangdong Education and

    According to the “Announcement on the List of Proposed Awards of the 2021 Guangdong Education and Teaching Achievement Award (Higher Education)” issued by the Department of Education of Guangdong Province in August of 2021, the Exploration of the Mode of Government, Industry, University and Research Collaboration in the Cultivation of State Governance Talents collectively accomplished by Professor Tan Ankui and other researchers won the second prize, after this prestigious group previously won the first prize of the Sun Yat-sen University Teaching Achievement Award.
