主讲人简介：

Jane Duckett现就职于英国格拉斯哥大学，担任爱德华-凯尔德政治学讲席教授，苏格兰中国研究中心主任。她是英国科学院院士（2016年）、英国汉学会主席（2014-2017年）和爱丁堡皇家学会院士（2019年）。Jane Duckett教授是一位“中国通”，在中国担任多个国际援助项目的政策和社会发展顾问。在职业生涯中，她专注于中国社会政策和社会福利体制改革过程的研究，先后出版了关于中国社会政策的三本著作，并在The China Quarterly, Health Policy and Planning, Public Administration Quarterly, Review of Policy Research等杂志上发表多篇论文。她还是The China Quarterly, Europe-Asia Studies, East Asia: An International Quarterly三本国际学术期刊的编委会委员，拥有丰富的编辑审稿经验。

 

讲座简介：

This talk examines the lessons that can be drawn from China's experience in social policy within a comparative context. China has undergone significant social and economic transformations over the past few decades, leading to a complex and evolving social policy landscape. By analyzing China's social policy initiatives, successes, and challenges, this study aims to extract valuable insights that can inform social policy development in other countries.
